Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Preamble and scope

This policy describes the processing of personal data carried out by VYZOR through the marketing website www.vyzor.fr, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) of January 6, 1978.

The VYZOR application (client area), which processes accounting and financial data, has its own privacy policy, provided to clients with their access and available at any time in the application; it is also available on request at admin@vyzor.fr.

Data controller

The data controller is VYZOR, a Société par Actions Simplifiée (simplified joint-stock company) in the process of formation (RCS [TO BE COMPLETED]), whose registered office is located at 2 rue Huguette Schwartz, 75014 Paris, France [TO BE CONFIRMED: address]. Contact: admin@vyzor.fr, phone [TO BE COMPLETED].

No data protection officer has been appointed; any request regarding your data should be sent to admin@vyzor.fr.

Data collected on the Site

  • Beta application (“Save my spot” form): first and last name, business email address, company name. These three fields are required; no other field is collected.
  • Email inquiries sent to admin@vyzor.fr: your email address and the content of your message.
  • Booking a meeting : after you submit the beta form, the “Choose my time slot” link redirects to Calendly, a third-party service that collects your data on its own website, under its own policy.
  • Host's technical logs : IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp, retained by Vercel for the security and operation of the service.
  • Calculators : the values you enter are processed in your browser and are not sent to VYZOR. To display the detailed result, your business email address is requested; only the email and the originating page are recorded.
  • Guide sign-ups (form on the Guides pages): business email address and originating page.

The Site does not collect phone numbers, financial data or audience measurement data.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Processing your beta application and getting back to you — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Responding to your inquiries sent by email — legal basis: pre-contractual measures or VYZOR's legitimate interest in responding to people who contact it (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Ensuring the security and proper operation of the Site (technical logs) — legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Displaying the Site (font loading) — legal basis: legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Sending you VYZOR's guides and newsletter (business financial management) at the business address left on a calculator or a Guides page — legal basis: VYZOR's legitimate interest in informing professionals about topics related to their business (Article 6(1)(f)), with notice given at the time of collection. You can object at any time, without giving a reason, by simply emailing admin@vyzor.fr or using the link included in every message.

Recipients, processors and transfers outside the EU

Site data is accessible to VYZOR's founding team and to the following service providers:

  • Vercel, Inc. (United States): hosting of the Site and technical logs. Transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses [TO BE CONFIRMED: Data Privacy Framework certification].
  • Web3Forms [TO BE COMPLETED: company name, country] : routing of beta applications and of addresses left on the calculators and guides to VYZOR's mailbox, without any use for its own purposes. [TO BE CONFIRMED: server location and transfer safeguards].
  • Calendly, LLC (United States): only if you book a meeting, on the Calendly website.
  • VYZOR's email provider [TO BE COMPLETED: name of the email service receiving admin@vyzor.fr] : receipt and storage of applications and emails.

The Site's technical libraries (React) and fonts are hosted on the Site itself: loading them sends no data to any third party. No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

Retention periods

  • Beta applications and email exchanges : 3 years from your last contact, then deleted.
  • Guide subscribers : until you object, or 3 years without contact from you, then deleted.
  • Accounts created after the beta : retention periods set by the application's privacy policy.
  • Host's technical logs : 12 months maximum [TO BE CONFIRMED: actual retention period at Vercel].

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to object to it and to data portability, as well as the right to set instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, write to admin@vyzor.fr or send a letter to our registered office. We respond within one (1) month of receiving the request; proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt about the requester's identity.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr (opens in a new tab).

Security

The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS, with security headers (content security policy, HSTS, no embedding in third-party frames). The marketing website processes no financial data: such data is processed only in the application, whose security measures are described on the Security page and in its privacy policy.

Cookies and trackers

The Site sets no cookies, writes nothing to your browser's local storage and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools (no Google Analytics, no pixels, no tracking share buttons). Inventory of third-party resources loaded by the Site:

  • api.web3forms.com : called only when you submit the beta application form or an email address on a calculator or a Guides page.
  • calendly.com, linkedin.com : plain outbound links; no script from these services is loaded on the Site.

None of these resources is a tracker requiring consent within the meaning of Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) and the CNIL guidelines. That is why no consent banner is displayed. Should VYZOR ever use a tracker requiring consent, a banner allowing you to accept or refuse it just as easily would be added and this policy updated.

The VYZOR application (client area) uses only mechanisms strictly necessary for sign-in and display preferences; their inventory is set out in its own policy.

Policy updates

VYZOR may amend this policy at any time. In the event of a substantial change, the people concerned are informed by email where VYZOR has their address. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this document.
